2012 186 BR Ski Tow Loose

I just purchased a 2012 186 BR with about 5 hours on it and i noticed the ski tow is not tight to the swim platform- one side of it is loose.  How can this be tightened?  If you look through the back of the engine compartment, into the swim platform cavity, you can SEE the two bolts BARELY, but it is hard to imagine being able to fit a tool through there..  Any ideas?  Is my only option to add an after-market tow and not use the loose one?  Thanks!

    They are hard to reach but those are the 2 nuts you need to go after. The nuts should be nylock so I can't imagine why they came loose. Unless someone used it to tow another boat. Anyhow you need to tighten both of them an even amount. Do not over tighten until you start hearing fiberglass crackling. Also it should have a metal plate behind it and not just a couple of large washers.

    My guess is that the right side was not tightened properly from the factory...  I'm going to try to get in there this weekend with what limited socket wrench attachments I have... If that fails, off to the dealer!!  Thanks for your answer....
