Ive noticed the price of live aboard slips dropping a bit around the SC coast, about 45k for a 55ft slip that usually rents for @450 a month. Maybe a sign of boat sales dipping thanks to buyers remorse as the surge of boat sales requires boat maintenance to enjoy year number 2. I bet the great freeze will have some nice boats needing new motors for spring launch.
