Lenco Trim Switch versions?

Does anyone know which version of the Lenco Trim Tab switch Rinker used in 2009/2010?
About one month ago my LEDs stopped working and now the switch on both sides stopped working at the same time.
Before I open my helm and try to figure out what is wrong I would like to know what version i have and what are my replacement options.
