Horn replacement on Captiva 232 (2000)

Getting ready to troubleshoot my horn on my 232.  On my last boat when I removed the screws on the grille the backing nuts fell down into a place unretrievable.  My question is on this boat are there backing nuts or is a self tapped screws that hold the horn and grille in place ?  If there are backing nuts how do you access those nuts ?

I just replaced my neighbors horn on his Sea Ray and they were self tapping. It was the same horn used on Rinkers. I would think they are self tapping on your boat also.
