1988 Rinker Fiesta Vee 250 wiring questions

Hi, getting close to getting my boat back on the water, motor runs, outdrive works, and am now trying to figure out how a couple things work.
I cannot read the refrigerator sticker, should it run off 12v or just 120 shore power? I have not hooked shore power up yet, had the wrong adapter, and it does not run on 12v, i have not verified yet if I even have it, without some disassembly it seems.
Interior lights, are they 12v, or 120v or both? Can't seem to trace those easily either.
Galley pump, I do not have a switch for this, is it automatic, I am assuming by drop in pressure when opening faucet.
I have not been able to find a wiring diagram for my boat either,
thanks

Cabin lights: 12v DC only.
Galley pump: auto-on/off from pressure, but should also have a switch or breaker.
This set of schematics is from a 2007 280, but it might help you.
