Dripping sink faucet

On my 2004 Rinker 342 I have developed some leaking sink faucets. No matter how tight I turn the knobs,  I have 3 sinks that have leaks. I pulled them apart and see that there are cartridges that come out of faucet like in a house. Anyone had to replace any of these?? Having no luck trying to match anything up. Looking at all the paper work I have from boat, I can not find any info on what the make of the faucets are. 
Any info would be greatly awesome!!

@DaveG, I'm a bit late on the reply to this and I hope you got it fixed, but if not then check out this post. I replaced the cartridges on my 342 galley sink. The new cartridges were slightly different but worked awesome. They are still working great 2 years later.

Just called Ambassador and ordered the ceramic cartridges, handles and screws. Tried replacing washers with little success. The drip was bugging the Admiral.
