I went through this last Fall, forget about trying to get ahold of Bomar. They take at least six months to get back to you and by then i had it all repaired and back on the boat. I dealt with a plastics company that removed the broken panel and replaced it with a matching piece of lexan. It wasn't cheap at $300.00 but looks perfect.
I forgot about this thread. Finally getting around to dealing with this issue.
I created a CAD template (attached PDF) of the "glass" for the Bomar hatches in case anyone wants to replace their acrylic; I believe the hatches are the same size in the 2008+ 330/340 and 2008+ 350/360.
Here's the template cut out of vinyl and laid over the original hatch glass.
I sent the template to a few different vendors for quoting.
@YYZRC I’m sure they saved your file and the drawing will be available for future use. I’m always biting my fingernails when my daughters are walking around on the bow.
@YYZRC - Was DOWSIL 795 used on the OEM skylights? Never heard of it until now, and a quick read sounds like it's pretty good stuff. My skylight - while it is not leaking - I have noticed the caulking is starting to show its age. So when the time comes, this would be good to re-bed it?

I cut the old lenses out of the frames. So far it’s been an easy process. Waiting on a tube of DOWSIL 795 to arrive to mount the new acrylic.
