Replacing Bomar Hatch Acrylic Lens

Has anyone tackled this? My 330's acrylic lenses were perfect but the 350 hatches are all cracked/crazed.

I created a CAD template (attached PDF) of the "glass" for the Bomar hatches in case anyone wants to replace their acrylic; I believe the hatches are the same size in the 2008+ 330/340 and 2008+ 350/360.
Here's the template cut out of vinyl and laid over the original hatch glass.
I sent the template to a few different vendors for quoting.
I cut the old lenses out of the frames. So far it’s been an easy process. Waiting on a tube of DOWSIL 795 to arrive to mount the new acrylic.
