Isotherm CR120 replacement

Anyone replaced their Isotherm Cruise 120, OEM supplied in 2003 FV310 (and others)? What did you replace with that fits depth wise without issue? Avoiding having to drag out the unit that appears to be dying now to get a depth measurement before getting another. @Pat310 - have you replaced yours?
