Air conditioning flush

Completed another project on the list today, flushing ac. Used an old sump pump connected to a garden hose to pump from from bucket in to system. I attached right at the thru Hull hose so it went through the strainer, pump, to the T and then through both units. Then I attached hoses to the “out” on each unit and back to the 5 gallon bucket. Ran for 4 hours. Initial 5 minutes was pretty black and nasty. I bought a gallon of barnacle buster concentrate and diluted with 3 gallons of water. Barnacle buster concentrate gallon was $75 delivered from defender.
this was pro active maintenance but she is running nice and cool now!
