Listing Price 2012 Rinker 230?

What do you guys and gals think a fair listing price is for this boat in today's market? Looking to sell. Fresh water great lakes boat, original owner, with trailer. 150 hours. Loaded with options with camper top and cockpit cover, head, gps, etc.

You're in that sweet spot of size/price that is basically impossible to buy right now.  At this point, you'll be swamped with offers unless you add at least 25% to the "normal" price.  

Would that boat have sold for around $35k before COVID?

I don't see many listings for comparision.

My point exactly -- there's no inventory.  It's a seller's market.  Unless you're in a hurry to sell, I'd say list it for $49k (40% over normal) and see what happens.

Agreed with @LaRea. Good size for a new boater and you will pull big $$ if you advertise it right with great pics and service records.
