Could anyone tell me a part number or length for a sterling cable? I have a 2002 Rinker 232 with the 5.7 bravo 3. Thank you!

it's without fortune you'll likely have to pull it first to get accurate measurement... for the love of all that's holy, pull a line through behind it as you pull it out.
I think the trick is measure the cable housing then add 16", and get next length longer in foot increments... too short it won't turn corners; too long it won't turn corners...
if i were to guess i'd guess 18'.
would need a 19' replacement cable...
the problem you'll encounter with OE cables is they often are made for that boat specifically as the maker can get a exact required length (ergo a 18'4" cable) as opposed to the 19' and save a few dollars- over the process of ordering 100 cables, that makes a cost difference- and because of that OE cables don't carry the last two digits... now, this is for older boats (say, 2005 and earlier), and may not be the case anymore.
the boat in question is an '02, and if it is OE cable, chances are it isn't stamped with the length.
for that reason, pull the cable (not a difficult job BUT PULL A LINE THROUGH WITH IT!!!) and measure... I checked- it's NOT 16" it's 18" you add to the length of the shroud (plastic sleeve) and round up to the next larger number... (ergo, 18'4" would be a 19' cable for replacement).
