Stuck cabinet knob…

So the golden knob on the under TV cabinet is stuck in and I can not get it to pop out to unlock. Does anyone have any suggestions? 

Any thoughts appreciated.

Maybe 2 very tiny flat head screwdrivers to try and persuade it to pop out as you push it in.

This happened to me and I was able to get it out by quicky pressing it in and releasing it.

I've also had luck with @Aqua_Aura's technique.  Pop it hard and fast.

Wonder if one of these massage guns would work on it with the quick pounding action?

Massage gun is a good idea. I’ll try that. If I can’t get it open I’m worried I might need to drill through it and replace the knob. No what I want to do….

Well that didn’t work.... I guess I’ll drill it out and try to source replacement knob(s)....

Can you not slide something between the door and cabinet behind the latch and push it aside. Kinda like the credit card in a door.

Did you put pressure on the door? That should take the pressure off of the latch and help it pop open.

Well nothing worked. Drilled two small holes through the knob, pulled it out with hooks.  Bought a seadog brass replacement latch knob and we’re good to go….. unfortunately the new knob looks so good I might need to replace the others!!  Thanks for the help guys.
