Strange Starting Issue

Last week when I started at the dock, both engines started normal. On my way out of the marina I sucked up some mud and my port engine temp started to rise so I shut down to let it cool (kept the starboard running). After it cooled I went to start the port engine and nothing, no click, nothing at all. I shut down Starboard and then both engines started normal 🤷🏻♂️.
Left the dock today and both engines started normal. As I was setting the anchor, I noticed my Starboard engine was at a higher idle than normal (I did notice that the starboard IAC was sucking more air than port a couple of days ago). So I shut the starboard engine down to see if the idle would reset. I went to start starboard again and nothing 🤷🏻♂️. I haven’t tried to start it yet. What could be going on and why would the issue swap engines.

Had a 30ft contender I believe drop anchor next to me while we are doing some snorkeling. I've always admired JL sound quality but there days I have better things to spend money on. He had amazing sound quality coming from those skars, i hated his music choice but the quality from 50 yds away was impressive. I still down know how he was skipping tracks from so far away.
