I have dometic refrigerator that seems to not cool when returning to shore power. Compressor does not run until I pull out the frige and disconnect power and reconnect. Frige stays cool until  away from shore power for extended period. Do not have generator.

Any thoughts on what this issue could be?

Rotate the temperature knob to off then back on. I have the opposite problem with mine. It doesn't like the change from shore power to DC boat power. I have to check them each time I disconnect from shore power.

Thanks for suggestion. When I use the cooling level knob the typical click when the refrigerator comes  does not happen. Will attempt turning off when with no shore power and on when reconnected to shore power.

Was able to successfully turn off using knob before leaving shore power. Return to shore power refrigerator turned on and was cooling. Will continue to monitor and track frequency and circumstances if this issue continues
