changing bow light bulbs

Hello - will be thankful for an advise....

I need to change the light bulbs in the two lanterns at the bow on my Rinker 270 Fiesta Wee.
There's a small screw at the bottom of the lantern, but it is very tight.
Also, it seems that that the plastic hood is able to click off, without using the screw - but I am afraid of breaking it...

Could anyone please instruct me on the proper way to shift the light bulbs at the bow lanterns.

on my 2004 270 the covers twist to come off to replace the bulbs

Thanks - yes, I had a feeling that it was not the screw, but twisting the cover that is the solution. I will try to twist them more, with out breaking them. Thanks for you help.

I used a rubber strap thing used to open jars to unscrew mine. Worked liked a charm.
