Helm Caulk.

The caulk that separates the helm from the deck is brittle and flaking. Once I clean out the old junk, any suggestions on what to redo it with?

3M 4000 UV will work well.

The 4000 UV is not mold/mildew resistant. The BoatLife caulk is.  Been there.
