Rinker captiva 236 plug attachment on one side of swim platform?

Hey all, Anyone know what this attachment is? It's only on left side of swim platform (back of boat) by the gas tank. Thanks

    It is either a city water connection or possibly an engine flush.  You need to look at the back side and follow the hose to see where it goes (assuming there is a hose on the backside).

    Looks like engine flush.
