Kohler 5e start/stop switch

Captains, hoping you can help, been having an issue w my 5e for most of the season. Now it won’t run, it turns over and 1-4 led lights up on board but not led 5. I’m not getting spark or fuel in carb. I can confirm it is not LOP, when it does run it runs perfectly and loads up well. My question is, will the start/run/stop switch on the genset itself, cause the gen to not run, but merely turn over? And would the secondary switch at interior fuse panel also not make it run if the primary switch at genset is in fact defective? The golden question, of the 3 wires on the genset switch, which two do I jump to see if it is in fact the switch? Cheers.
