Fuel Burn

So I will be heading to Provincetown tomorrow for a day trip. I topped off my fuel tanks and each tank took exactly 44 gals. I guess you can't get better than that....LOL. So question is how much of a difference is your fuel burn (assuming your not running the genny)?

My second fill of this season before I started using the generator, my Port tank was 1 gallon less then starboard. I’m guessing they were more or less exact because i didn’t take note to how far into that gallon I was when I swapped sides.

Well speaking from a recent experience i emptied one tank completely (117 Gal) and had 8 Gal in the other.  So pretty darn even.

Mine are always out by 2-3 gallons due to genny primarily.

Less the genny, my old 342 was pretty spot on for fuel burn between both. Verified by Flowscan then VV903.
