    Might be legit.  F-book does have a "Bill Condy" from Long Island.  He posts a lot about politics and cars, but zero about boating.  

    Bill -- if you give us some details about the boat, we can help you.  Where is it?  How soon do you need to sell it?  What work does it need?  Have you looked for a broker to help with the sale?
