206 Captiva - Front Center Bow Cushion Removal

Hello! I’m a proud 2nd owner of a 1992 206 Captiva. It’s been a great boat; however, my front bow eye is coming loose and I can’t figure out how to tighten it on the backside. It appears I should be able to access it from under the front center bow cushion; however, I’m not sure how to remove it? Is there a latch somewhere holding it down, or?
