Generator help

So, we're on an island right now and started our generator for a moment to check on it and see how the air conditioner works away from shore power. No go with the air conditioner or AC current to outlets, microwave, coffee maker etc. Don't see a separate breaker anywhere on the panel. Any ideas? This is the position of the main switches.

There is a main breaker on your generator next to the start switch that needs to be on or it won’t put any power out. Make sure it is on.

That's why I love it. I have to say that it seems like a weird place to locate that breaker instead of above board but I'm certainly no boat designer. I will however look at the possibility of changing it if it's possible

I don’t disagree, but they all have it. It is an easy change, the white switch broke off of my kohler 5e on the 342 and it was a super easy breaker swap, around $45 for the replacement breaker. You may have just bumped it crawling around and turned it off, probably didn’t pop. Mine broke from my belt getting hooked on it working on the unit!

For safety, the ABYC standard requires a breaker within 7" of the generator's output terminals.
