Attached are wiring schematics for a 2007 Rinker 280 and 2004 Rinker 342.  They are the same ones that have been shared here for years, except these versions support text search.  (The originals were images with no searchable text.)

On my 342FV I have 4 outlets on 1 breaker ??? I don't have a coffee maker but a breaker for it. Did the factory run an outlet and cover it up or is the breaker not wired?

Yes, I'm guessing you have a working outlet for the coffee maker.  My 370 has one breaker that serves 4 outlets (cockpit, mid-cabin, galley, forward cabin).

I would like to make it my galley outlet so I can at least have a kettle on and a small heater running in the cockpit for those cool mornings. An off season job.
Does anyone have the make and model #s for the main amp and sub amp. I have 2 aft cockpit speakers and the sub not working. I have a 2006 342 FV.
