Need Fasteners - Radar Arch access plates

I need to replace the fasteners on the inspection plates on the radar arch of my 2000 Fiesta Vee 340. They are different from anything I have seen before, can't find anything like them on West Marine, etc. They look like screws encased in plastic, but they are not threaded as screws even though they have a Phillips head. See attached pic. Anyone know where I can get replacements? I can fill and drill, but I want to match the coloring.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Looks like just a plasic anchor so it goes into just a drilled hole, not threaded. Can you tap threads and just use a SS fastener?

have you tried an auto parts store? may be able to use what they call "trees" they look to have the same concept

Thanks! I'm off to the auto parts store. If no success there or at Tacoma Screw, I will fill and drill for actual screws.

Auto body shops are another good source for those.
