I'm get 2 beeps and minutes apart. Any ideas.

Had that at the beginning of summer.  Mine was the idle air control valve.  Easy replacement, can get one from Amazon for fraction of price of marine shop.

That’s a continual beep beep, not at minute intervals.

@Bayrunner does it cut out at idle or run rough? If so @J3ff and @aero3113 likely nailed it.
