310EC WOT motor?

I run my 310 with the new hardtop WOT yesterday and i was able to get the boat to 5050rpm in port and 5100rpm in stb at 36.7 knock. I am very new about running the boat hard so i don't know if the max rpm was good for my 5.7 350 mag engine. Any comments will be appreciate. thx

My older 310 without hard top and 5.0s tops out at 34.8 knots or 40 mph at 4800rpm by myself no water and 3/4 tank of gas
