    Hi, Rene - I've got a '98 Fiesta Vee 266 that I just bought at the beginning of October. It's been getting cleaned and serviced for the last month and is going back in the water this week so I can FINALLY start enjoying it, just in time for winter. Go figure.
    Anyway, I haven't been able to find catalogs for mine - as a '98, it's too old, apparently. You may want to check out https://www.greatlakesskipper.com/oem-parts-and-accessories/rinker-boats  and  Rinker Boat Parts | Replacement Parts For Rinker Boats (boatoutfitters.com) ...  both sites seem to have a good supply of OEM parts. 

    Would love to see a pic of your boat... :)  I posted my initial "howdy" message in the General Boating Discussions category.

    @rene - are you looking for vintage brochures?  If you're looking for service manuals, you won't find them.  Like many boat builders, Rinker didn't produce detailed service manuals.  We all just find manuals for the components (engines, water heaters, battery chargers and so forth).
