Nice....mine is coming apart..my project will be to get my boat home and install all the new seating I had re done and my new carpet! Maybe next weekend...I'm putting my truck in the shop and put a new motor and transmission in it- since I work at a dealership I get the employee price on parts and labor so I will be 10 grand...little cheaper than a new truck...get it painted this weekend so I'll be ready for some boating I hope...may even drop it in the marina and get a slip for a month so I can play on the boat some...been a while!
I’m going to pull apart my DP-SM transom mounts , sand blast and repaint with a 2-part kit designed for aluminum outdrives. Gear cases are off the boat and I plan to hit those as well.
I saw this thing on tick toc you put on your drill...say you have up to 4 wires to put on a post...you slide them up in...it twists it all down to one wire that is stripped and ready to install...it was awesome!
I have had one of these for probably 30 years. Great tool. It is certainly a right handed tool by default - wire to the left and the stripper pulls off the end to the right. Using left handed you’d like have to use it turned 90 degrees towards you to allow for the right hand to feed the wire.
Tomorrow I will be starting to build a teak strep and vent for our jetted soaking tub. Once it’s is completed I will take a photo. I’m only imagining it at this point Lol

I find I have to hold it in my left hand to see and feed the wire with my right hand for stripping. Just seems a bit weird for me.
If they had reversed the cutter and clamps I think it would be easier to use right-handed. (Hold in right hand and feed wire from left.)
