bow wave noise

its been awhile since posting, am always checking and appreciate all the efforts to keep the forum  going.
Got a problem with my 340 FV, when i hit the bow wave of boat going in the opposite direction or in very heavy chop i get this loud noise/bang from direction of head. At first thought it was cabin door not secure but seems to be down below where head wall is attached to hull.
anyone else had this ?
My cruising speed is around 20 mph .

    Can you get a camera in the area or someone there to listen and watch while under way?

    Wondering if it is the anchor jostling around. You could remove the mirror and open the plastic port and see if it gets louder.
