    @YYZRC, nothing actually the boat performed great and I have no major problems to fix. The boat is raised in it's slip and probably snowed in. Been busy closing down Bristol after 30 years in operation. Waiting for restrictions to ease and hopefully visit UK late March, I have a 3 year old great grandson I have never met.

    The property has been declared surplus by the federal govt and is up for re-development as of  April 2023. This was announced a few years ago and has led, among other problems, to a steady decline.
