2006 282 Captiva Volvo Penta 8.1 fuel injector replacement

I have 2 injectors that free flow even electrically disconnected, they've already been cleaned once with a fuel injector cleaner machine and were ok but now are malfunctioning. To replace them I can get some from an auto parts store (O'Reillys, etc) for about $60, used a similar year Chev 3500 8.1 for a parts cross reference. They look the same except that they have 4 small spray holes whereas the OE injector has 1 big hole. I have no idea about flow rates, etc. Can I substitute the aftermarket stuff? Thanks for any knowledge you'all can throw my way.
