I have the same system. the starboard green light stopped working last year. the port worked but now its out this summer. a voltage test on the led block where the hot and cold wires go still show 12v. vp says I am good. I think the led lights are crap. as long as no red you are good.

also if your battery is getting low on juice, I think the light just goes out.
