Anybody using non-skid deck sealer such as Marine 31?

I'm getting ready to pressure-wash my non-skid deck surfaces.  Then I'd like to apply a sealer and see if it helps make the decks easier to clean.  Anybody have good/bad experience with Marine 31, McKees Nautical One, or any other sealer?

Do they work?  Do they make the deck slippery?  Are they easy to apply?  How long do they last?

I used Star Brite non skid deck wax last season. It really made the non skid look like new, didn’t make it slippery at all. Just spray it on wet non skid, rub it in with a deck brush and let dry.

I tried the woody wax..maybe I had the deck to wet but was not pleased with the result. When I pull my boat end of month I will soon get the buffer out...will look into starbright. They offer some other good products at a better price. Crap with China will be next, stock up on anything!
