Batteries won’t charge.

So the mechanic that dewinterized our 02 270 fv left the batteries on and all the breakers on when he left the boat.  Unfortunately when we got to the boat to check it out we discovered that apparently the water heater (which we have never used) tripped the shore main breaker and now our boat will not charge on shore power.  The water heater and other breakers are off battery charger are on as is shore power.  (Breaker reset) Our pro nautical 1220 is showing zeros in both windows.  Any ideas?  The meachanic is working on his own schedule.  😡 The batteries were new as of the end of last season.  It all was working before the batteries were left on.

If the charger display is active I would check all the cables for correct connection and the fuses

Behind the battery switch panel there are 2 big 30 amp fuses you have to remove the panel to get to them

It was because they were not registering any charge.  Jumped them both then they started to charge
