2000 Rinker Fiesta Vee starting out of water

I have a 2000 Fiesta Vee 270 and I am about to put my boat back in the water and was wondering if there is a way to make sure it starts out of the water before I put it in that is safe for the boat. I know jetskis have a connect for a water hose so you can do it but can't find something like that on my boat. Any help would be great.

You will need muffs connected to a water supply and attached to your outdrive.
