Low to no oil pressure at Low RPM

Hello All, Starting a new thread here to try and work out this ongoing issue. Started with Beeps when I put throttle under load. Slows the engine down to a slow speed. Mechanic incorrectly diagnosed as a Throttle Position Sensor error. Replaced that and now marina mechanic says beeps are from low to no oil pressure at low RPM. Also hearing a little bit of rod knock that I never heard before. Hooked up diagnostic laptop and read error at real time.
History: Total rebuild on engine done at the start of last season (6K). Engine is MAG 350 on a 2000 Rinker 232. Block was replaced amongst other items. Only things done since the rebuild are oil change (25W40 Mercruiser). Oil and fuel filter change. TPS sensor replaced.
What would you guys do to troubleshoot ? In order of easiest to hardest please.
