390 Coffee Maker Acting Up

My combo coffee maker started acting up.  It will only make about 2 cups of coffee and then gurgles and steams the rest of the water.  If I put pressure on the reservoir like the pic below the gurgling gets better and it makes more coffee.  I think something isn't seating correctly with the small valves on the back of the reservoir.  I've cleaned everything multiple times with vinegar.  Has anyone had a similiar problem?  Any ideas?  Does anyone have a combo unit the they removed and can send me the reservoir?
