Anyone looking for an older Clarion? Free to RBO active member, just pay shipping or work out pickup. My records say it was new in 2011 but always possible it came with the boat new in 2007. Works perfectly but I upgraded to fusion this year. Has a hard wired Bluetooth adaptive that I’ll send with it. Let me know

I’ll take it. Calculate shipping to 60957 and I will send you the money. On a separate note, we are planning a trip to the islands the first weekend in August. Already have reservations at The Crews Nest 8/3 to 8/5. Might stay at the public dock Friday and Saturday nights, or we will go to Kelleys for Friday and Saturday nights. Not sure about that yet.

Hey Greg - no problem I can look at shipping. Would you want to wait until you are here and try to do a hand off then? Or need it sooner? Happy to hang on to it until Aug. Awesome that you are headed this way, so far the islands have not been very busy so you may be able to get in to a dock over the weekend.

Mattie I went with the ms-ra60. Essentially the least expensive unit that would work with my Garmin watch lol. Very happy with it. Was easy to install, works well with my amp and sub, JL's in the cockpit sound good. Wife loves being able to control everything on her phone and I did two wireless remotes, one at the helm and one at the cockpit bar. I have a Garmin Quatix 6 watch so with it's fusion lite app I can control the stereo from my watch too.

I am in no hurry at all, so picking it up in August will work. Wonder if The Crews Nest would let us stay the weekend if they aren’t full?

Sounds good I’ll hang on to it until then.

ahh Crews on the weekend will be a no go. No matter how full, they toss all non members out Friday morning. Lots of people come for the day from the mainland so they make sure to be clear for members.

That Fusion stuff is excellent. We got the RA670 deck with 3 zones.
Bluetooth is perfect. 2 wired remotes & 1 wireless in the bow. The 7.7JL speakers are exceptional.

My wife fires up her playlist & goes crazy with it…

I kind of figured that. They let us stay a little late last year because of a wind warning. That place is worth it. I would consider membership if I lived up that way.

We've wrestled with it, they have a few levels ranging from $1k - $3k per year so its not that expensive for what you get when you are there. The more popular membership which gets you full access, but you can't make dock reservations until the Weds before the weekend has always been $1k/yr and went to $1500 this year. Issue is that PIB gets so darn crowded on the weekends that its better to go during the week anyway, and no membership needed there.

The Keys will take non members on the weekends and is first come, first served so if you call in Friday and they have an opening they will take you for the weekend.

For decades I would only do mooring balls. It's pretty awesome out there, but now that I've got bells and whistles I like to be plugged in to use them 24/7 :)

Hey Greg, we will be at Miller 7/31-8/2. Possibly stay until 8/3, but either way I can leave the stereo with Deb at Miller for you to snag while you are on island.
