Vibration at 3000 rpm

I have a 2001 232 captiva, at around 3000 rpm there is a vibrating noise in the engine compartment any ideas? Thank you

Vibrating as in rattle? Something loose type sound? Or, engine vibrating? Engine vibrating is almost certainly a misfire..

Could have a slight bend in the prop or even some fishing line wraped around it.
