    About 1000 gallons. I burn about 30 gallons per hour based on being on plane 85% of the time and slow and steady 15% of the time.

    So that’s a car getting 25 mpg driving 25,000 miles, about 2 years for many.  Do they look reasonable for amount of dirt trapped?  (Doesn’t explain difference in 2 engines)

    I don't really know what "good" looks like. I was posting more as a PSA. I believe my conditions are relatively optimal as I always use good fuel from a reputable marina.

    Given how inexpensive the knock-off filters are, and how easy they are to change, I will continue to change the filters 2x per season.
