We have spent almost 4 weeks cruising recently and found ourselves with little or no cell phone service in some anchorages. I know Shakespeare have cell phone antennas and wondering what experience anyone has had with them.

Most carriers have maps you can go to that show there coverage per areas

I use this for LTE data to create a hotspot on the boat. Was planning to mount an outdoor omni antenna on the hardtop but this little guy works so great I haven’t bothered. 

I never take phone calls so no idea on that front.

I am more wanting data than phone calls. @YYZRC what is the brand and model in photo.

It runs off 12v which is awesome for the boat. 

Good customer service - I originally purchased an outdoor unit but it was a pain to retrieve the SIM card so I exchanged for the above.

Thanks, I'll check it out, I know you anchor in areas I was having trouble with the Rogers signal.
