Mother selling their boat

So after my step-fathers unexpected passing 2 weeks ago my mother has decided to sell their boat. I mentioned it a couple of weeks back on here but it is officially up for sale now. Boat in in western PA just off the Ohio River near Pittsburgh and is still in it's slip.

Boat is a 2004 or 2006 (I was told 2004 when they bought it but mom says she thought the title said 2006...lol. Can find out for sure if anyone is interested). It is a Stingray 240CS. New engine only has about 5 hours on it. Boat has about 125 hours on it. Brand new AC unit installed this past winter. Comes with tandem axle aluminum trailer. I have a few pics if requested. She is asking $30,000

Forgot to mention it has a windlass too but there is a gear in it that is stripped and we are having trouble finding a new gear. It's a Lewmar Pro
