Anti fowl paint on isinglass

Just got my bottom painted.  I don’t how they applied it but tethers seems to paint dust stuck on my isinglass.  What is the best method to removing.  

Is ok to polish it with a DA polisher with plastic polish.  Thanks

If ‘dust’ it might wash off. Rubbing will scratch.  Eisenglas is high on static electricity and the paint dust will be attracted to it.

I’d be asking who painted it what they are doing to correct the problem they created..

Was thinking same as Ian. Whoever did the job should make it right.
