Repair dent? - stainless port window

Found a dent in the stainless trim around the port window when the boat was going into storage.
Think I may have doinked it with rotary polisher.
Suggestions to fix it?

Can you pop the ring off? I bet you could get someone to do paintless dent repair on it if so.

Thinking similar - pop it off and carefully tap it out with wooden dowels

Chip Foose can get that out with his eyes closed.

To take ring off you must first remove inside than u will find tabs with screws holding trim

I would imagine the stainless cracking and coming off if you tried to tap it out. I have seen the rings for sale on GLS. I would recommend finding the replacement before you pull it out and try and repair it.  Just in case.

Thanks for the suggestions. I do have a paintless dent repair kit.
Bet I can pop that bezel off from the inside. Have to wait till boat is out of storage.
