Dometic 8K Marine Airee not working

My cabin A/C has stopped working. Turning on the breaker (On shore power) just powers on the thermostat panel with three blinking LEDs. I hear the A/C. unit clicking. Nothing happens. Thought of replacing the capacitor before I do anything else.
Has anyone else seen this?

No. The lcd screen doesn't show anything.

So the lcd is working normally or it’s blank?

It's blank. There are three red LEDs under the temperature led screen. Those are just blinking red.

I believe this is the manual for your thermostat. I didn't find anything specific to blinking lights, but I also didn't read through it in detail. Maybe you'll find the pertinent info.

Maybe attempting a factory reset could work (Pages 8 &12):

"You can restore the last memorized default settings by entering Program Mode and setting P-17 to “rSt”. The memorized default settings are restored and the control returns to Off Mode. See “P-17: Reset Memorized Defaults” on page 10 for details. To return to the factory default settings, refer to the factory defaults listed in Table 2 on page 12 and reset the parameters manually."
