Bow thruster

Hey,
have a lewmar bow thruster on my 2009 rinker 340ec, first sail this year and it never worked, replaced the battery and still nothing, when you turn on the joy stick it doesn’t light up either, any trouble shooting ideas, or thoughts? Anything is appreciated.

There should be a power switch in the vee berth as well as an in-line fuse. Check that your battery is charged/charger is working and check the fuse.

Where is the fuse? And is it like a reset or you need an actual fuse? Thanks

Hi, in your photo you sent the “guest” dial is switched to on, mine is switched to off, what is that? Thanksb

Sorry, looks like when that is on everything is good, mechanic must have switched it to off position
