Be Careful Of Amazon Prime Day "Deals"

So I had one of the infamous Chulux coffee makers in my wishlist for a very long time. Two days ago I noticed it had a $15 coupon so I went ahead and ordered it even though I knew Prime Days was coming and it might be cheaper.
Well it ain't...
Breakdown of my price two days ago: $49.99 - $15.00 coupon = $34.99
That same exact model is now "on sale" during Prime Days:
Amazon is showing "Typical Price is:" $49.99 - 20% ("Exclusive Prime Day Deal") = $39.99
So just be aware a Prime Day price might not be a Deal.

@raybo3 can we get some sort of special identifier or something? With Rinker long dead and members moving to other brands, we need something to keep us together. Chulux might just be the hero we've been searching for.
Amazon makes us put in an MSRP price so for instance on days such as prime day if my MSRP is $40 and I normally sell for $25 but on prime day I know people are click happy so maybe I'll make the price $30 and they still think it's a deal.
I actually don't do anything special for my product prices on prime day, they just stay the same.
