Vacuflush Not Sucking

Would replacing duckbills/bellows resolve this?

Just started out of nowhere. Not plugged at the toilet for sure.

    Climbed in and tested for suction at the pump. Nope. Proceeded to tear the unit apart and the duckbills are disgusting and disfigured. I’m certain they are original. I am also wondering why the previous owner ate seemingly copious amounts of sand.

    How do I know if the bellows need to be replaced? They look fine (no poop on the top side). Worth doing at the same time just so it’s done?

    Did both and all good now. As bad/gross as that job was, I would rather do it four times over vs doing Merc raw water impellers once.
