Trying to make sense of DC Main Panel Wiring - Rinker 342/350/360

I have the 342 schematic, but it doesn't show the wiring for the main DC panel.

I'm trying to determine how the charging breakers are wired. Does anyone have a schematic for this panel specifically?

Separately, I don’t understand why there is a windlass breaker at the helm and also at the DC panel. Seems unnecessarily redundant.
