    Welcome to the forum!

    I have the same boat as you, a 2014 "310 Express Cruiser" (they rebranded them as the "320 EX" in 2016 I believe). Anyway, I have so far been unable to locate any "official" wiring diagrams for our model.

    If you have a specific question regarding the electrical system, just ask. There is a boatload of knowledge on this forum.

    I don't recall seeing anybody post wiring diagrams for boats that new.  Here's one for a 2004 342.  A lot of details will be different from your boat, but it might provide general hints on how the boats are wired.
